- Our price structure is designed to be clear and straightforward.
- We charge an hourly rate, and also offer services which could be shorter if needed, three quarters or half an hour and are charged as a percentage accordingly.
Domestics
- Monday to Friday £24.50 per hour.
Personal carer (7am‐8pm)
- Monday to Friday 24.95 per hour
- Weekends Saturday and Sunday £26.30 per hour

Additional pricing information
- Public & Bank Holidays will be charged at time‐and‐a‐half and Christmas Day at double time.
- Charge rates are subject to review and 1 months’ notice will be given in the event of any increases.
- You will always only ever be charged for the time the carer has spent at each visit. Please note your initial assessment and ongoing reviews are not chargeable.
- Cancellations – If you wish to cancel any service please inform the office as soon as possible, ideally a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is appreciated so that the carer assigned can be given sufficient notice also.
- If you are not happy with any part of our service, you will not be charged for it. Please contact the office immediately so that your dissatisfaction can be resolved.
- Invoices are payable within seven days and you can opt for weekly or monthly invoicing.
